Alex Martidis is a Finance & Accounting student at the University of Colorado Boulder’s Leeds School of Business, where he maintains a 3.7 GPA and has earned recognition on the Dean’s List. Passionate about pursuing a career in investment banking, Alex has built a strong foundation in financial analysis, investment research, and market valuation.

 

As a Summer Analyst at Cascadia Capital, Alex gained hands-on experience conducting financial buyer research, competitor analysis, and creating detailed reports for senior leadership. He mastered tools essential to the finance industry, including PitchBook, Capital IQ, and DealCloud, enabling him to contribute meaningfully to live deal processes. Alex has also earned certifications in Financial Modeling and advanced Excel to strengthen his technical skills further.

 

Outside of finance, Alex is passionate about sports analytics, where he enjoys analyzing player statistics and performance trends in baseball, basketball, and football. This passion for data-driven insights complements his analytical approach to finance and market research. In his free time, Alex enjoys snowboarding in Breckenridge and spending time outdoors, embracing challenges that build focus, patience, and perseverance.
